生物化學系

      生(sheng)(sheng)物化(hua)學(xue)(xue)系為集科(ke)(ke)(ke)研(yan)、教學(xue)(xue)、人才培養為一體的(de)開放性研(yan)究(jiu)學(xue)(xue)科(ke)(ke)(ke),在(zai)承擔本科(ke)(ke)(ke)生(sheng)(sheng)、研(yan)究(jiu)生(sheng)(sheng)和(he)留學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)教學(xue)(xue)的(de)基(ji)礎(chu)(chu)上,開展建立在(zai)傳統生(sheng)(sheng)化(hua)學(xue)(xue)研(yan)究(jiu)基(ji)礎(chu)(chu)上的(de)、面(mian)向當前和(he)未來生(sheng)(sheng)命(ming)科(ke)(ke)(ke)學(xue)(xue)前沿方向的(de)實驗和(he)應用性研(yan)究(jiu)。

  近年(nian)來,通過(guo)加速引進充(chong)滿科(ke)(ke)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)熱情和(he)年(nian)輕有(you)為的海(hai)內外(wai)(wai)高層(ceng)次人才,生(sheng)物(wu)(wu)化學(xue)系(xi)已經建成了以(yi)細胞自(zi)噬和(he)腫(zhong)(zhong)瘤代謝為主要研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)方(fang)向的學(xue)科(ke)(ke)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)特(te)色(se);擁(yong)有(you)一(yi)支結構(gou)合(he)理、在主要研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)方(fang)向上富有(you)國際(ji)競爭力的學(xue)術研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)隊伍。學(xue)科(ke)(ke)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)體系(xi)由(you)9個獨(du)立研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)室(shi)(shi)構(gou)成,由(you)系(xi)主任求(qiu)是特(te)聘教授劉偉領銜細胞器生(sheng)物(wu)(wu)學(xue)實(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)室(shi)(shi),開(kai)展細胞自(zi)噬的機制(zhi)和(he)功能研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu);“浙江省杰出青年(nian)”駱嚴教授實(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)室(shi)(shi),開(kai)展腫(zhong)(zhong)瘤代謝研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu);孫啟明研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)員實(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)室(shi)(shi),開(kai)展細胞自(zi)噬的調控(kong)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu);夏宏光研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)員實(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)室(shi)(shi),開(kai)展基(ji)(ji)于小(xiao)分(fen)子化合(he)物(wu)(wu)篩選的自(zi)噬機制(zhi)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu);易聰研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)員實(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)室(shi)(shi),開(kai)展基(ji)(ji)于酵母的自(zi)噬機制(zhi)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu);馮鈺研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)員實(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)室(shi)(shi),基(ji)(ji)于冷凍電(dian)鏡的生(sheng)物(wu)(wu)大分(fen)子結構(gou)學(xue)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu);特(te)聘研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)員周以(yi)侹實(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)室(shi)(shi),開(kai)展肌肉的代謝和(he)分(fen)化研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu);資深教授徐立紅、詹(zhan)金(jin)彪和(he)唐(tang)修文(wen)實(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)室(shi)(shi),分(fen)別(bie)開(kai)展生(sheng)化毒(du)理學(xue)、基(ji)(ji)因工(gong)程和(he)腫(zhong)(zhong)瘤耐藥性研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)。系(xi)PI在國內外(wai)(wai)學(xue)術期刊(如Cell、Science、Molecular Cell、Developmental Cell等)發表了一(yi)系(xi)列研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)論文(wen),承擔了多(duo)項國家重大基(ji)(ji)礎研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)計(ji)劃(hua)、國家重點(dian)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)發計(ji)劃(hua)、國家自(zi)然科(ke)(ke)學(xue)基(ji)(ji)金(jin)重大項目和(he)重點(dian)項目等項目。

  生物(wu)化學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)系目前承擔醫(yi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生物(wu)化學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)、醫(yi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生物(wu)化學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)實驗(yan)、蛋白質科學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)、生物(wu)化學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)技術(shu)、生物(wu)化學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)與(yu)分子生物(wu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)專題、Biochemistry,Biochemical Techniques等面(mian)向本(ben)科生、研究(jiu)生和(he)留學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生的課(ke)程。學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)科致力建設富于(yu)創造性學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習環境、改革(ge)教學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)模式(shi)、勇于(yu)創新,努力提高(gao)教學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)效果和(he)水平。

  生(sheng)物化(hua)學系(xi)(xi)注重(zhong)研(yan)究(jiu)生(sheng)的(de)前(qian)沿(yan)研(yan)究(jiu)思維和(he)先(xian)進實(shi)驗(yan)技能培養。現有(you)博士(shi)生(sheng)和(he)碩士(shi)生(sheng)各20余名,已培養博士(shi)后10多人,博士(shi)生(sheng)30多人,他們中(zhong)的(de)大多數畢(bi)業后選擇任(ren)教國內高校和(he)研(yan)究(jiu)所或出(chu)國深造,繼續他們的(de)科(ke)研(yan)生(sheng)涯并活躍在國內外(wai)科(ke)教第一線。生(sheng)物化(hua)學系(xi)(xi)熱誠(cheng)歡迎海(hai)內外(wai)研(yan)究(jiu)者(zhe)和(he)有(you)志于科(ke)學研(yan)究(jiu)青(qing)年的(de)加盟。
